Take a walk in your house or neighbor and identify all the colors of the rainbow. It’s a bit of a treasure hunt for color. Take it up a notch by photographing or drawing your finds. You can also write them down. Be sure to look up at the sky and down at the ground.
Notice how some colors occur naturally, such as a red flower, while other are man made e.g. a red color. What are the things made of that you find? Do certain colors and designs make you feel a certain way?
