As we conclude our three part November series of hygge breaks, today’s focus is slowing it down to enjoy and savor the moment. With Thanksgiving tomorrow, and the official start of the holiday season, it’s important to take time for yourself and/or share time with those you most enjoy.
• Take a walk in nature
• Relax with something warm-tea, coffee, hot chocolate, hot toddie
• Snuggle up on the couch or favorite chair with a blanket or throw
• Have an outside bonfire
• Take a soak in the tub by candlelight
• Watch a sunrise or sunset
• Unplug
• Linger over a special treat, such as a slice of pie, chocolate etc.
