Take a look around and for 60 seconds (time yourself) count how many different
colors you see.

Is there a color that stands out
more than another color? Why? Is there a color you notice
is missing? Why?
• Close your eyes for 30 seconds.
Breathe deeply
• Open your eyes and look around. Do
you notice more colors this time?
• Do certain colors make you feel different?
• Think about adding more colors into spaces you spend a lot of time in that bring you a sense of calm.
Try this in a different room. Outside.
