Take a Break: Celebrate the Lilac

It’s lilac season in Vermont and the world smells wonderful! Today’s take a break is all about savoring this season. First and foremost, go for a walk and clip some lilac. Put them in a vase so you can enjoy the aroma.

                                         Pick and freeze your lilac for later use.

You can eat Lilac, thought it smells better than it tastes. A little goes a long way. It also makes an edible decoration.
